The BSM prayer dinner/fellowships are every Thursday during the summer!
Every Thursday during the summer, we gather at Calvary Baptist Church Of Edwardsville for a
time of food, fellowship and prayer. We have burgers, hot dogs, chips, salad and drinks beginning at 6:
15 p.m. after which we have a time to share prayer requests and lift them up before the Lord. A time of
games and dessert immediately follows. Open to all area Christian students and young adults and
their guests. Free!

Calvary Baptist Church of Alton is hosting a series of Friday night worship services on Friday
nights in May. This will be a great time to come and worship God. The service will consist of a praise
band and a speaker. After the service, they will be having fellowship time with games and a coffee
shop type set up. Come for an exciting time of fellowship and worship with your college and career

Start your day off with Scripture
Baptist Student Ministries of SIU Edwardsville has a devotionals ministry where a devotional e-mail
is sent to students and other interested people every weekday throughout the school year. These
devotionals are written by BSM students and alumni featuring a brief Scripture followed by an
application of it to the lives of students and young adults. You can receive these devotionals either via
Facebook (by joining the Baptist Student Ministries Devotionals group) or via e-mail by registering at
the BSM website - www.siuebsm.com/devotional.html
Got some ideas for summer activities you’d like to do – drop us a quick e-mail to let us know

Do you know of an incoming student at your church or from your hometown who would want to
know more about the BSM? Let us know so we can contact them now and share with them information
on all the BSM has to offer. You or your church can send their name and address information to us at
mail@siuebsm.com or incoming students can register themselves on our website at www.siuebsm.
com/incoming.html - if you need some BSM business cards to hand out, just let us know and we’ll mail
some to you.
